OES CUSTOMER CONTACT (m/f/d)
We are looking for a new colleague in the OES (Original Equipment Services) department at our location in Assago (MI) - Italy
Your tasks as OES customer contact:
- Be the first contact for customer’s needs and problem resolution
- Order entry/EDI follow-up
- Prices database maintenance
- Payment reporting
- Management of customer data at SAP
Your profile as OES customer contact:
- Technical diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales environment, like customer service or sales support
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving attitude, positive dynamism and commercial mindset
- Demonstrated negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Native Italian, fluent in English; additional languages like German will be considered as a plus
- Good team spirit and interpersonal skills
- SAP basic knowledge, good knowledge in Office 365

The expected salary level for the position is 2^ according to the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees of companies in the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sectors, with a starting salary of 33.000; the compensation package will be based on the provisions of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement. Actual salary will be determined based on qualifications, competencies, experience and market conditions.
