YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Store Project Manager-Americas, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the team, helping us to realize projects of approved new stores. You will manage all activities required from the design phase through to the opening of new stores, both directly and by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Zegna’s brand image, business goals, and approved budgets.
You’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.
More Specifically You Will
- Budget control, project timing and quality check;
- Manage selection of supply sources and negotiate terms and contracts;
- Cooridnate of all external contributors of the project, from executive drawing’s architect to the local architects, from general contractors to all suppliers, in accordance with the Company’s General Agreements;
- Responsibility for the correct progress of the schedule and on-site works with periodical site visits and meetings;
- Control of the movement of materials to ensure adequate supply levels and timely distribution to meet market demands;
- Execute technical activities in order to maintain the existing stores in compliance with local and corporate requirements in coherence with approved budget.
Who You Are
- You bring 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- University Degree (Architecture/ Engineering)
- You’re skilled in Autocad, Photoshop, MS Project
- Analytical skills
- Time and process management abilities
- Availability to business travel
- You’re known for your interpersonal skills, and it shows in how you work with others
- You communicate fluently in English
What We Offer
- The position provides for a base salary between: 30,000-35,000€ Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
- The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile). The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience
