Overview
In this role you support leading insurers by shaping strategic plans, designing and implementing new service models, and refining product portfolios. You will help redesign go-to-market strategies and translate client needs into clear, actionable results. You’ll own work packages early in projects and contribute to both client success and zeb’s thought leadership through speeches and articles. You combine analytical rigor with strategic and practical implementation, collaborating in cross-functional teams in English and Italian contexts.
Responsabilità
- Support insurance clients with strategic planning and go-to-market redesign
- Design and implement new service models
- Improve and optimise the product portfolio
- Review strategies, develop alternatives, and implement forward-looking concepts
- Own and manage work packages within project teams
- Contribute to zeb through speeches and articles (recruiting/innovation management)
- Communicate results in a structured, clear manner
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams and maintain client-centric focus
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a consulting firm focused on the insurance industry
- Analytically strong with excellent structuring skills
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with high-level implementation expertise
- Inquisitive team player with a convincing manner and client-centric approach
- Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus
