Overview
In this role you will lead and develop the Marketing & Agronomy team in Italy, driving strategic marketing initiatives to support profitable growth. You will partner with commercial, technical and regional teams to bring new products to market and align local activities with the broader growth strategy. You’ll shape campaigns, identify market needs, and build strong relationships with customers and external partners. - Develop and execute the Italy marketing and business development plan
- Lead and develop the Italian Marketing & Agronomy team, allocating budget and resources
- Create marketing campaigns and customer activities to drive commercial growth
- Collaborate with commercial teams to position products and solutions
- Identify customer needs, market trends and competitive developments
- Support launches and commercialization of new products and services
- Build relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and external partners
- Provide market insights and opportunities to leadership; align with regional strategy
- Monitor impact of marketing activities and suggest improvements
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Agriculture, or related field
- Around 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related roles
- Experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong commercial understanding and business acumen
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
