Overview
This role coordinates production activities for assigned nuclear-related projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver components on schedule and per contract. Based onsite in Monfalcone, Italy, you’ll lead cross-functional planning, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll work in a challenging, supportive environment focused on safe, compliant project delivery and impactful outcomes.

Responsabilità
- Plan and monitor project-related production activities to meet deadlines
- Coordinate interfaces between project management, production, engineering, quality, and supply chain
- Identify risks and critical issues and propose mitigation
- Lead daily and weekly progress meetings and produce regular status reports
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned in production
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company quality standards
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of production experience in industrial environments (entry-level PM role)
- Knowledge of manufacturing production processes and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Lean)
- Good command of English (B1)
