Weir is seeking a Division SHE Manager for Southern Europe and North Africa to lead the deployment of regional SHE strategy on site across multiple locations in Spain with regular travel within the region.
You will drive culture change, ensure risk-based compliance, and monitor SHE KPIs while collaborating with senior leaders and site managers to uphold the highest safety standards. Expect 6–7 trips/year including travel between Madrid and Seville.
