Are you passionate about Financial Performance, Business Controlling and driving business growth?
We’re looking for a Financial Performance Controlling to join our team and partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and cross-functional stakeholders in driving business performance, profitability and strategic decision-making.
You will act as a trusted finance partner, providing proactive financial insights and recommendations while supporting performance improvement, cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The Role
You’ll work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and other business functions across a variety of activities, including:
- Support business leaders in identifying and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop financial analyses and business cases to support productivity and cost optimization projects.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, customer profitability, product platform profitability and margin evolution.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning activities.
- Drive cross-functional financial analysis across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other business functions.
- Lead Working Capital optimization initiatives and monitor performance against targets.
- Support monthly business performance reviews with management teams.
- Perform scenario analysis and provide financial recommendations to support business decisions.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and management presentations.
- Participate in monthly closing and reporting processes.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Promote financial discipline, process improvements and best practices across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Controlling, Finance, FP&A or similar roles.
- Experience within structured international organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across different organizational levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, business-oriented approach with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Education & Technical Skills
Degree in:
- Economics
- Finance
- Management Engineering
- or a related field.
You should also have:
- Advanced English, both written and spoken, for reporting, presentations and business discussions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and/or AS400.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Nice to Have
- Experience within the Automotive industry.
- Exposure to Manufacturing and Supply Chain finance environments.
- Experience driving cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Previous experience in Working Capital optimization projects.
- Experience in cross-functional business partnering.
