Overview
In this role you will design, analyze and troubleshoot embedded firmware for power and control systems. You will collaborate with the Firmware and cross-functional teams to define tests, document designs, and support field customers. You will influence product specifications and ensure clear information flow throughout the project. This position offers impact on product reliability and performance in a global company with strong growth and customer focus.

Responsabilità
- Design, analyze and troubleshoot firmware for assigned functions
- Define firmware test specifications and support product lifecycle
- Collaborate with tech-support to resolve field issues
- Contribute to product specifications with other engineering functions
- Support test planning and review results
- Produce technical documentation (drawings, component specs)
Requisiti fondamentali
- C language with DSP real-time system architecture
- Git/GitLab and TortoiseSVN
- DSP/MCU architecture; preferably TI oriented
- CAN, I2C, SPI, serial protocols; PWM and ADC
- Lab instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, power meter) and electronic power converters
- Simulink/Matlab for control algorithms (PID, Clarke and Park transforms, digital filtering)
- Bachelor in Software/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years in related areas (UPS, inverter, power converter, or low voltage distribution)
- Good English; willingness to travel
- Knowledge of PLM processes
