Overview
In this role you ensure product and system compliance by interpreting regulations and coordinating certification activities. You work with cross-functional teams to translate standards into engineering requirements, review designs, and manage documentation and testing. You’ll analyze field data to drive corrective actions and support product development and operations. You join a collaborative team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement to enable reliable, compliant solutions.

Responsabilità
- Interpret regulatory, safety, quality, and industry standards into engineering requirements
- Collaborate with engineering divisions to define compliant product specifications
- Review designs, specs, test plans, and documentation for compliance
- Support compliance testing and validation with internal teams and external labs
- Maintain compliance records, audit evidence, and certification files
- Prepare technical documentation including drawings and component specs
- Analyze field data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Work with product development, QA, and customer support to prioritize and resolve issues
- Contribute to lessons learned in new projects
- Provide progress updates on risks, and proposed solutions to stakeholders
- Travel to support testing and NPDI product reviews
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 2 years of experience in a similar field
- Knowledge of regulatory, safety, quality, and industry standards
- Experience with compliance assessment, product certification, testing, or regulatory approval processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical standards, drawings, and test reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify compliance gaps
- Effective communication to explain technical/regulatory requirements to cross-functional teams
- Ability to work with engineering, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and external certification bodies
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Strong planning, analysis, and communication
- Collaborative team player
- Willingness to travel (10–20%), including international NPDI product reviews
