In this role you will lead continuous improvement of IT services and infrastructure to boost reliability, availability and security. You will shape the IT operating model, enhance monitoring and automation, and explore AI-based solutions with internal teams and external partners. You’ll drive proactive maintenance, KPI governance, and resilience with cybersecurity collaboration. Responsabilità
- Define and lead continuous improvement initiatives within Infrastructure Operations
- Analyze operational trends, incidents, and systemic issues to implement preventive and corrective actions
- Improve reliability and availability of IT services
- Oversee evolution of monitoring and observability platforms
- Define and monitor operational KPIs
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors on preventive maintenance
- Identify automation opportunities including AI-based solutions
- Support adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies
- Coordinate Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis
- Partner with Cyber Security to enhance infrastructure resilience
- Monitor vendor performance and drive improvement plans
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Computer Science
- Minimum 5 years in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Service Management
- Experience in structured international environments
- Experience coordinating vendors and outsourced providers
- Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructures
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices
- Experience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Familiarity with automation technologies and tools
- Knowledge of Vulnerability Management, Patch Management and Security Monitoring
- Familiarity with cyber risk management and resilience principles
- Experience using AI and Generative AI tools in a professional environment
- Ability to identify practical AI use cases in Infrastructure Operations
