## About the Role As a Customer Resolution Agent, you will support internal and external customers in Italy and international markets. You will help manage inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring that each case is handled efficiently and resolved in a timely manner.You will work closely with different teams and contribute to delivering a positive customer experience while supporting the daily activities of the Customer Resolution Group (CRG). ## Key Responsibilities### * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through different communication channels.* Follow customer cases from start to finish, providing updates and ensuring timely resolution.* Work with internal teams and external partners to find suitable solutions.* Keep customer records and case information updated in company systems.* Support administrative tasks, data management, reporting, and audit activities.* Assist with additional projects and business activities when required.## ## Requirements* Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Shared Services, or a similar role is a plus.* Good organizational and problem-solving skills.* Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to help others.* Strong communication and teamwork skills.* Ability to manage different tasks and priorities.* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.* Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.## ## What We Offer* Permanent employment contract (Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato).* Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.* International and collaborative work environment.* Training and professional development opportunities.* Exposure to different teams and international stakeholders.* Inclusive and customer-focused company culture.* Hybrid working opportunities, where applicable. **Location**: Vimodrone (MI) #J-18808-Ljbffr
