Overview
As a Technical Consultant in Italy, you join the Technical Due Diligence team to support property owners and users in technical and economic matters across development, operation, and management. You will assess existing properties, prepare cost-focused reports, and contribute to feasibility studies through an interdisciplinary approach. The role combines technical evaluation with project monitoring and quality control, helping shape decisions on asset value and risk. Your work connects with cross-functional teams to deliver sound due diligence and value for clients.

Responsabilità
- Participate in purchase and sale reviews and property inspections within the MEP sub-area
- Perform technical assessments including cost estimation and compliance checks
- Prepare due diligence reports and support project monitoring for new and existing buildings
- Conduct condition assessments of MEP systems (HVAC, ventilation, sanitation, electrical, BMS/BAS, fire protection)
- Contribute to internal quality control and cost reporting for MEP
- Develop feasibility studies in an interdisciplinary team
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree in building services engineering, facility management, or comparable qualification
- 2-5 years of professional experience in MEP project management, planning, technical assessment, or asset management
- Ability to assess construction and refurbishment costs and perform condition assessments
- Strong knowledge of MEP trades and willingness to collaborate across trades
- Familiarity with standards, guidelines, and developments in the MEP field
- Flexible, independent with good communication and appearance
- Willingness to travel within Italy
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
