Overview
You lead and coordinate agile software projects for embedded mobile machinery, ensuring safety-critical software meets high quality standards. You work with cross-functional teams, partners, and suppliers across the project lifecycle from definition to implementation. You’ll steer technical discussions, manage risks, and maintain close client contact during delivery. Responsabilità
- Lead (agile) software development projects for mobile machinery such as fire fighting vehicles, lifting platforms, and harvesters
- Coordinate project operations with team members, development partners, and suppliers
- Plan and control projects following established processes with ongoing reporting
- Proactively manage risks in planning and implementation
- Act as customer-facing during project execution
- Steer technical discussions and make key decisions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Technical education in computer science or electronics
- (Technical) project management experience
- Experience in automotive or off-highway environments; functional safety knowledge beneficial
- Good understanding of agile/scrum principles, values, and processes
- Communicative, goal-oriented, and structured work style
- Very good English; good German or Italian
