As an HV System Management Consultant in TMC you will have the chance to support automotive vehicle electrification strategy, contributing to the ambitious goal of reaching Net Zero Carbon.
About this vacancy:
- Coordinate cross-functional development projects with suppliers and internal teams across the client’s EV portfolio.
- Support the definition and implementation of next-generation technological solutions, engaging key stakeholders and demonstrating business value.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence within the department.
- Work in an international engineering environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing project deliverables.
- Develop specialized automotive expertise while growing professionally in a dynamic and innovative context.
What we expect from you:
- Master’s Degree in Electronics, Informatics, Electrical, Mechatronics or Automation engineering
- Proven working experience in project and supplier management
- Good knowledge of vehicle architectures, automotive topics, Electrified Vehicles and Component development
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and project steering capabilities
- Fluency in Italian and English
What you can expect from us:
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €35.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company’s applicable policies.
