Overview
You will join NTT DATA’s Managed Services to deliver a strategic network service for a major international automotive client from Rome.
You’ll work with a global team to ensure continuous service operation, meet SLAs, and drive high customer satisfaction.
The role combines on-site daily duties with on-call support outside business hours to handle incidents at the customer site.
You will implement standard changes, troubleshoot locally, and support major changes and testing in a fast-paced, international environment.

- Daily on-site service at the Italian site
- Perform standard changes (AP, Switch, etc.) and handover to Operations
- Local troubleshooting and configuration
- Break & Fix support
- Support for major changes
- Local spare parts management
- Performance testing and tuning support
- Equipment configuration cleaning and hardening
- Backup/DR testing support
- Reporting to stakeholders
- Escalate unresolved issues to Central NOC
- Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Teamwork and collaborative approach
- Eager to learn
- Good understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Service Now)
- Ability to follow scripts and documented procedures
- Confidence in troubleshooting hardware/software
- 1–2 years of experience in service delivery
- Fluent in Italian
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
