Overview
You will help bridge strategy and technology by delivering AI strategy, solutions, and next‑generation platform architectures for leading organizations. In this role you work closely with C‑suite clients as a trusted advisor, shaping IT initiatives and strategic projects. You’ll plan, lead, and ensure quality across programs, and contribute to people development and practice areas. Responsabilità
- Independently nurture client relationships and act as trusted advisor
- Acquire new projects and challenges for the firm
- Plan, lead, and ensure quality for strategic IT projects
- Leverage technology and industry knowledge to guide stakeholders in critical phases
- Strategize resource planning to maximize effectiveness
- Present key project results to senior client management
- Contribute to people development, recruiting, and practice areas
- Work with cross‑functional teams to advance BCG Platinion
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline with high grades
- At least twelve years of relevant IT consulting experience and leadership of IT implementation and strategy projects
- Experience in Media & Telecommunication
- Project management experience with teams larger than five
- Ability to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases
- Proven ability to steer decisions in complex organizations and resolve escalations
- Proven track record of acquiring consulting projects
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Client relationship management
