Overview
As Time & Method Specialist, you will drive efficient manufacturing processes and layouts to safeguard safety, quality, and cost. You will collaborate in cross-functional, cross-plant teams to coordinate resources and implement Lean and Design for Manufacturing. You’ll start up new products and introduce innovative process solutions to optimize production. This role offers impact across the manufacturing value chain and a chance to shape the way Technogym remakes operations at scale. A hands-on, proactive mindset and passion for execution will help you thrive in our collaborative culture.
Responsabilità
- Define the optimal manufacturing process to ensure Safety, Quality, and Costs
- Design factory and assembly line layouts
- Specify internal logistic flows
- Determine production Standard Time
- Lead new product startups
- Introduce innovative manufacturing process solutions
- Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress
Requisiti fondamentali
- Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience in New Product development and startup (Stage-Gate familiarity)
- Experience in Assembly process
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (Waste, Poka Yoke, Value stream mapping, SMED, DMAIC, FMEA, 6σ)
- Experience in Production standard time definition
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / CAD
- Interest in AI applications in industrial contexts
- Willingness to travel to subsidiaries and suppliers
- Knowledge of Ergonomics principles
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
