Overview
As a Mechanical Designer Engineer at Technogym, you will drive mechanical design for products and parts, ensuring performance, quality and reliability within cost and schedule constraints. You will contribute to the R&D team at the Cesena HQ, shaping innovative solutions for fitness equipment. You collaborate across disciplines to manage processes, produce high-quality documentation, and deliver dimensioned machines and assemblies. Your work supports scalable, reliable products that align with Technogym’s health-forward mission. This role offers hands-on design impact in a global, performance-driven culture.
Responsabilità
- Guarantee mechanical design of products/parts per technical and reliability specs, target costs, timelines, and guidelines
- Ensure proper process management throughout development
- Produce high-quality design documentation
- Dimension machines, parts, and assemblies accurately
- Carry out 3D solid modeling of components and systems
Requisiti fondamentali
- Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in independently designing machines or machine groups with attention to layout and engineering details
- Expert user of 3D CAD systems (preferably PTC Creo) with solid/surface modeling skills
- Experience with cost-focused product projects
- Knowledge of mechanical part dimensioning rules for metal, plastics, and carpentry
- Familiarity with manufacturing technologies, processes, and cost drivers
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Italian
