Overview
As Mechatronic/Electronic Project Leader, you will drive end-to-end development, validation and industrialization of mechatronic and electronic systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate international OEM suppliers, and ensure on-time, cost-efficient, high-quality delivery. You will define architectures, oversee hardware-software-mechanics integration, and support risk mitigation and continuous improvement. This role bridges R&D and manufacturing to scale Technogym’s innovative health tech. You’ll help shape reliable devices that empower a healthier world.
Responsabilità
- Lead end-to-end development to meet quality, cost, and performance targets
- Ensure project timing, milestones and budget adherence
- Define technical specifications and system architectures for mechanics, electronics and software
- Supervise design choices for reliability, manufacturability and serviceability
- Manage and coordinate international OEM suppliers
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D electronics, mechanics, firmware, manufacturing, purchasing, quality)
- Oversee creation and maintenance of technical documentation (specifications, BOM, test plans, reports)
- Support industrialization phases and product start-up with rapid issue resolution
- Support DFMEA/PFMEA, design reviews and risk mitigation
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools and design methodologies
- Lead root-cause analysis for performance, reliability or quality issues
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in mechatronic/electronic system design, development and industrialization
- Experience with embedded systems, sensors, power electronics, networking technologies
- Familiarity with product safety, EMC, and regulatory standards
- Knowledge of PLM systems (e.g., Windchill) for managing structures, changes and BOMs
- Knowledge of validation and testing methodologies for mechatronic/electronic systems
- Project management capabilities: planning, execution, risk management
- Problem-solving mindset with structured analytical approach
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a structured product development process
- Knowledge of MS Office and project tracking tools (Jira, MS Project, Notion)
- Nice to have DFMEA/PFMEA
