Overview
In this role you drive and govern a portfolio of corporate initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals, scope, and budget. You act as a key link between department heads, executives, and project teams to foster collaboration across functions. You’ll manage end-to-end project lifecycles, mitigate risks, and report progress to stakeholders. The opportunity sits at the intersection of strategy, international operations, and Wellness tech, offering meaningful impact at scale.
Responsabilità
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, and resources
- Implement and monitor project management methods and best practices
- Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid roadblocks
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication with stakeholders through status reporting
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project delivery
- Develop and manage detailed budgets and track expenditures
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools
- Inspire and lead project teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2-4 years in strategic or management consulting in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to break down complex problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all stakeholder levels
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proactive leadership orientation and teamwork
- Familiarity with key project management methodologies and applying them in a structured, international setting
