Overview
In this HR Business Partner Digital role, you’ll serve Technogym’s Digital R&D cluster from the HQ, shaping people strategies that enable business goals. You’ll partner with leaders to design workforce plans, manage the employee lifecycle, and drive development and engagement initiatives. You’ll use HR analytics to inform decisions and ensure compliant, consistent HR practices across an international scope. This is a hands-on, strategic partnership role at a globally recognized fitness tech company.

Responsabilità
- Partner with functional leaders to analyze business needs and craft HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Oversee the employee lifecycle from hiring to development and internal rotations
- Resolve workplace disputes and maintain a constructive work environment
- Design and implement organizational development initiatives for designated areas
- Collaborate to ensure employee growth, productivity, and performance
- Lead talent development through training, coaching, career planning, and succession planning
- Onboard new hires and provide guidance on work-related issues
- Leverage HR data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions
- Coordinate with international HR to harmonize organizational design, compensation, and costs with market practices
- Partner with local leadership and global HQ HR to deploy high-value people plans
- Maintain policies and act as trusted HR advisor and Technogym brand ambassador
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Human Resources or related field, with strong HR knowledge
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including at least 10 years in a business partnering role
- Experience in complex organizations (tech, manufacturing, or healthcare preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office; HR analytics experience is a plus
- Able to analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategy
- Excellent written and spoken English and Italian; strong stakeholder communication
- Ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels
