Overview
In this role you drive the M&A roadmap aligned with corporate growth, overseeing end-to-end deal lifecycle from target origination to post-merger integration. You’ll partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, manage due diligence, and ensure value realization through rigorous financial and strategic assessment. This position blends finance, strategy, and stakeholder leadership to accelerate innovation and corporate growth. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values integrity, entrepreneurship, and impact.

Responsabilità
- Define and drive the M&A roadmap aligned with long-term growth priorities
- Manage end-to-end M&A process from market scouting to deal execution
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize targets across markets and technologies
- Lead strategic, financial, and business assessments including valuation and synergies
- Coordinate due diligence across legal, tax, financial, operational, and commercial streams
- Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and closing conditions
- Serve as main liaison with external advisors and internal executives
- Prepare investment papers and recommendations for governance bodies
- Define post-merger integration strategies and ensure value realization
- Track and report performance of completed transactions against business case
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in M&A process management within corporate M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategy consulting
- Proven leadership and ownership in managing complex transactions
- Strong financial skills including valuation, modeling, and investment analysis
- Strategic mindset connecting transactions to broader corporate strategy
- Cross-functional influence and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent executive communication with senior leaders and external partners
- Ability to make decisions in fast-paced, high-uncertainty contexts
