Overview
You join the Research and Development team to design, build, and maintain automation across on-premise and cloud ecosystems. You will create integrations and automation workflows to optimize operations and interoperability between enterprise platforms. Your work supports the company’s mission to advance digital technology for customers, driving efficient IT service lifecycles and scalable solutions. Responsabilità
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows and scripts for hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Integrate systems and services using REST APIs, Webhooks, and related technologies
- Query and transform data in relational databases (SQL)
- Configure and automate resource management on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Automate operations involving VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, NSX)
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve IT service lifecycle automation
- Document processes and ensure quality and traceability of solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3 years of experience in a structured and dynamic tech environment
- Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Batch
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON/XML
- Relational databases and SQL
- Windows and Linux operating systems
- Networking basics (routing, NAT, firewalling, DNS, TCP/IP)
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Proficiency with AI tools and agentic systems
- English at B2+
- Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform and Ansible
- Containers and orchestrators: Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent
- Monitoring and logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
- IT security concepts including IAM and MFA
- Strong documentation, analytical thinking and problem-solving
