We are looking for a Platform Operations Analyst to join our team: here you will have the opportunity to refine your skills and work on stimulating projects with the goal of defining the vision and a clear, sustainable roadmap that ensures its delivery and continuous improvement. In particular, you will:

  • Support cross-team coordination and platform project workflows by tracking status, handling follow-ups, and maintaining alignment across shared goals and workstreams.
  • Build high-impact materials and reporting tools, including presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership meetings and internal steering committees, translating complexity into clear, structured messaging.
  • Conduct analysis and research by collecting and processing data, performing competitive analyses, and preparing business cases and internal proposals to support strategic decisions across the Platform Direction.
  • Oversee backlog management for the directorate, coordinating priorities to ensure key initiatives consistently maintain momentum.
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder interface between platform leadership and internal teams, ensuring seamless information flow and precise expectation management.
What skills are we looking for? 2+ years of experience in analytical or operational support roles within consulting, product organizations, or fast-paced environments at the intersection of analysis and project coordination Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, maintaining control over shifting priorities and ensuring end-to-end task completion in dynamic contexts Strong capability to synthesize complex data and discussions into clear, decision-ready documentation (including business cases, comparative analyses, and executive briefings) with a structured and concise approach Genuine curiosity for technology and product ecosystem, with a strong drive to understand operational mechanics, examine details, and ask insightful questions Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level) Skills are important, but they are not enough.
