Overview
As Proposal Manager you coordinate and finalize technical and economic proposals for public and private tenders at national and international levels. You will lead the proposal lifecycle, collaborate with project managers and technical experts, and shape competitive offers. This role sits within the Tender Department and supports SYSTRA’s mission to deliver safe, sustainable mobility solutions. You will impact project wins and client satisfaction by ensuring rigorous, high-quality submissions. This is an opportunity to drive cross-functional collaboration and contribute to large-scale transport initiatives.
Responsabilità
- Bid management and coordination across the proposal lifecycle to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Technical-commercial interface with Project Managers, internal experts, and external partners to assemble inputs
- Technical proposal development including methodological reports and management plans
- Cost analysis and financial proposal collaboration for pricing strategy and economic offers
Requisiti fondamentali
- Education: Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Experience: 2 to 4 years as Proposal/Bid Specialist/Manager or Project Manager in an engineering firm
- Knowledge: Public Procurement Code and award procedures for engineering and architecture services
- Familiarity with MEAT evaluation criteria
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and Word)
- Languages: Italian (excellent), English (B2/C1)
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Public Procurement Code
