Overview
In this role you will support international tender campaigns from Rome, helping turn client requirements into compelling bid documents. You work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and enhance technical, managerial, and financial contributions. You will draft technical reports, work plans, and annexes, ensuring accurate and clear content. This is a collaborative, deadline-driven position that contributes to shaping winning proposals in a global engineering environment. Your work supports SYSTRA’s mission to deliver safe, sustainable mobility solutions at scale.
Responsabilità
- Analyze tender documentation and client requirements
- Support preparation of technical bid documentation and drafting of reports, summaries, and annexes
- Collaborate with Business Units and cross-functional teams globally to collect and organize bidding contributions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience as a Proposal Manager (or similar)
- Degree in technical, economic, or management-related disciplines (engineering or architecture preferable)
- English proficiency at least B2
- Additional language skills considered a plus
- Ability to analyze administrative and project documentation
- Excellent writing, summarizing, and content organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in multidisciplinary teams
