In this Junior Proposal Manager role, you will support tender analysis and contribute to technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and present compelling bid documents. Based in Rome, you join SYSTRA's Sales Team focusing on the Italian market to help win new opportunities. This role offers exposure to multidisciplinary projects in public transport and positions you to impact bid quality and delivery timelines. You will operate in a dynamic, hybrid environment and contribute to sustainable mobility initiatives.

Responsabilità
- Tender & Requirement Analysis: assess client tender documents and requirements
- Proposal Development Support: help prepare technical offers, reports, and annexes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with internal functions to gather inputs for bidding
Requisiti fondamentali
- Entry-level / minimal prior experience
- Degree in Technical, Economic, or Management disciplines (preferably Engineering or Architecture)
- Analytical skills to understand technical, administrative, and project docs
- Excellent writing, synthesis, and content-structuring abilities
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work toward objectives
- Teamwork in multidisciplinary settings
- High precision, reliability, and attention to quality
- Strong organizational and priority-management skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Adaptability to dynamic, complex projects
- Good knowledge of English (a plus)
