Overview
As a Support Engineer at Sysdig, you will help clinicians and teams learn to use cloud security tools effectively, building hands-on lab content and delivering engaging training. You’ll automate parts of the training setup, troubleshoot the delivery platform, and co-create sessions with senior instructors. Your work will blend practical lab-building with clear instructional materials, using AI tools to accelerate content while ensuring accuracy. This role supports the broader mission to secure innovation in the cloud and to empower customers through hands-on enablement.

Responsabilità
- Build and maintain lab scenarios and technical content reflecting real-world use cases
- Automate training environment components with Bash/Python and troubleshoot tools like Instruqt and LMS
- Design and deliver training sessions, demos, and workshops, growing ownership over time
- Produce clear courseware and align material with learning outcomes using instructional design basics
- Leverage AI coding/agent tools to accelerate lab creation and scripting with ongoing verification
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, gathering feedback to enhance depth and presentation
Requisiti fondamentali
- Working understanding of core DevOps and cloud-native concepts (containers, orchestration, CI/CD, Linux, cloud fundamentals)
- Scripting in Bash or Python and working with YAML/Markdown
- Strong written and verbal communication with enthusiasm for teaching technical audiences
- Comfort with AI coding/agent CLI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex)
- Curiosity, reliability, and openness to feedback
- Working English; additional language is a plus
