About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Presales Specialist – Cybersecurity to support our Sales teams and channel partners across Italy. In this customer-facing role, you will act as a technical security expert, helping partners understand, design, and position cybersecurity solutions based on their customers' requirements. You will work closely with our security vendors, Business Development teams, and channel partners throughout the sales cycle.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical presales support across our cybersecurity portfolio.
• Understand customer security requirements and recommend appropriate security architectures and solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Support partners throughout the sales cycle, from technical discovery and solution design to implementation guidance.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Sales Teams, Solution Architects, security vendors, and partners to develop opportunities.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor on cybersecurity technologies and best practices.
• Support partner enablement through technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, solution proposals, and architecture designs.
• Stay up to date with evolving cybersecurity technologies, threats, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a Technical Presales, Security Engineer, Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar technical role. Good understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as network security, firewalls, endpoint security, cloud security, identity and access management, SASE/SSE, and threat protection. Previous experience working with cybersecurity vendors or security solutions is highly desirable.

• Ability to understand technical customer requirements and translate them into appropriate solutions.
• Comfortable delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to customers and partners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant cybersecurity or vendor certifications are desirable.
• Fluent Italian and English.
