We are looking for a Should Cost Analyst for Marketing Department to join our organization and support Marketing and Sales functions through financial planning, cost analysis and budget management activities.

The role will act as a business partner for Marketing and Sales stakeholders, ensuring financial discipline and supporting investment decisions through detailed cost evaluations, forecasts and business analyses.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in Finance, Controlling, Economics or Business Administration who are interested in combining financial expertise with exposure to commercial and marketing environments.

  • Key Deliverables
  • Analize annual budgets and forecasts related to Marketing and Sales activities
  • Perform detailed cost analysis and cost tracking across multiple commercial initiatives
  • Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and spending optimization
  • Prepare should-cost analyses and business cases for Marketing and Sales projects.

• Evaluate and monitor expenditures related to

  • advertising campaigns;
  • creative agencies;
  • market research activities;
  • customer care and call center services;
  • events and promotional initiatives;
  • external suppliers and service providers.
  • Analyze actual spending versus budget and identify risks, variances and improvement opportunities.
  • Support procurement and business teams in evaluating supplier quotations and commercial proposals.
  • Monitor resource costs, including internal and external labor costs.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards and presentations for management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of budgeting, forecasting and cost-control processes.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in

o Finance; o Controlling; o Budgeting & Forecasting; o Cost Analysis; o Commercial Finance; o Business Planning.

  • Experience supporting Commercial, Marketing or Sales organizations will be considered a strong plus.

Education

• Degree in

o Economics; o Finance; o Business Administration; o Management Engineering; o Accounting.

  • Technical Skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ability to perform cost-benefit analyses and build financial business cases.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting principles.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau or similar analytical tools is a plus
  • Fluent English (B2 level minimum)

  • Offer
  • Salary range: from 43 K€ to 55 K€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
