Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and analytical junior professional to join the Sales Planning & Targets Team. In this role, you will contribute to key sales planning and performance monitoring activities across European markets, working closely with countries, brands, and HQ stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to sales operations, forecasting, target setting, and business performance analysis within a dynamic and international automotive environment.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Sales Planning Analyst include but are not limited to the following:

  • Govern the monthly target-setting process for registrations, market share, and final customer orders across EU countries.
  • Monitor month-to-date actuals against targets on a daily basis, identifying risks and opportunities related to objective achievement and supporting EE Commercial Operations activities that contribute to successful sales performance.
  • Govern the weekly outlook (weekly reforecast) and pre-actuals processes, including last-day-of-the-month landing estimates.
  • Manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including Countries, Brands, Carflow, and other HQ departments.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and reporting as requested by EE Management.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions into sales planning and performance monitoring processes, improving analytical efficiency, data quality, and decision-making support.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel; knowledge of MS Access is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Good understanding of the automotive market environment.
  • Fluency in English; Italian is considered a plus.
  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and techniques for data analysis, reporting automation, forecasting, and business insight generation, with the ability to integrate them effectively into daily analytical activities is considered a plus.

Offer

  • Salary range: from 35000 € to 38000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
  • Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
