Overview
In this role you will bridge business needs and IT for the Banca Corrispondente environment, acting as the primary functional contact for the Office Manager. You will analyze the application and mainframe processes, translate business requirements into functional specs, and drive continuous improvement. You collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure solutions align with priorities, are delivered efficiently, and meet service standards. Responsabilità
- Provide functional support as the first point of contact for the Office Manager, leveraging knowledge of Banca Corrispondente procedures and the mainframe environment.
- Perform functional analysis on the Banca Corrispondente application and related software programs.
- Meet with Business stakeholders to collect, assess, and coordinate new software requirements and changes to existing software processes.
