As Technical Implementation Manager, you will lead the delivery of client fit-out projects across hyperscale Data Center environments in the EMEA region.

You will provide leadership and strategic direction across Telecom, Data Hall, Ancillary, and Security fit-out projects, ensuring safe and successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Acting as a primary client interface, you will coordinate internal teams, implementation engineers, construction partners, and vendors while managing project milestones, cost, quality, risk, commissioning, acceptance, and handover.

You will also contribute to the definition and implementation of standardised delivery processes, supporting consistent project execution across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of client fit-out projects.
  • Manage project schedule, cost, quality, risks, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate Technical Implementation Engineers across Telecom and Physical Security.
  • Oversee client-specific fit-out works, including telecom, security, office and storage areas, and white space customisations.
  • Manage NRC scope, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.
  • Act as the main technical interface between clients, internal teams, partners, and vendors.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Design, Construction, Operations, Security, Networking, and Commercial teams.
  • Oversee vendor execution, commissioning, technical acceptance, and handover activities.
  • Manage Telecom & Security Technical Implementation Engineers in Italy.
  • Oversee projects outside Italy, primarily in Switzerland, with availability for short-notice business travel.

Required Skills and Background

  • Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience managing client fit-out or technical implementation projects in Data Center, Telecom, or hyperscale environments.
  • Strong project management skills, including schedule, risk, cost, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Good understanding of Data Center infrastructure, telecom systems, physical security solutions, and white space deployments.
  • Experience managing NRC budgets and forecasting.
  • Strong client-facing, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with hyperscaler standards, safety requirements, and commissioning/acceptance processes.
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Fluent in Italian and English

  • Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary - RAL): €80.000 - €104.000 + performance bonus

The compensation range shown reflects the expected salary range for this position. Final compensation will be determined fairly and transparently within this range, based on the candidate's professional experience, skills and qualifications.
