AsTechnicalImplementationManager,youwillleadthedeliveryofclientfit-outprojectsacrosshyperscaleDataCenterenvironmentsintheEMEAregion.
YouwillprovideleadershipandstrategicdirectionacrossTelecom,DataHall,Ancillary,andSecurityfit-outprojects,ensuringsafeandsuccessfuldeliverythroughouttheprojectlifecycle.Actingasaprimaryclientinterface,youwillcoordinateinternalteams,implementationengineers,constructionpartners,andvendorswhilemanagingprojectmilestones,cost,quality,risk,commissioning,acceptance,andhandover.
Youwillalsocontributetothedefinitionandimplementationofstandardiseddeliveryprocesses,supportingconsistentprojectexecutionacrossEMEA.
KeyResponsibilities
- Leadeen-to-enddeliveryofclientfit-outprojects.
- Manageprojectschedule,cost,quality,risks,andkeymilestones.
- CoordinateTechnicalImplementationEngineersacrossTelecomandPhysicalSecurity.
- Overseeclient-specificfit-outworks,includingtelecom,security,officeandstorageareas,andwhitespacecustomisations.
- ManageNRCscope,budgeting,forecasting,andtracking.
- Actasthemaintechnicalinterfacebetweenclients,internalteams,partners,andvendors.
- Coordinatecross-functionalstakeholdersacrossDesign,Construction,Operations,Security,Networking,andCommercialteams.
- Overseervendorexecution,commissioning,technicalacceptance,andhandoveractivities.
- ManageTelecom&SecurityTechnicalImplementationEngineersinItaly.
- OverseeprojectsoutsideItaly,primarilyinSwitzerland,withavailabilityforshort-noticebusinesstravel.
RequiredSkillsandBackground
- DegreeinEngineering,Telecommunications,IT,orequivalentindustryexperience.
- Experiencemanagingclientfit-outortechnicalimplementationprojectsinDataCenter,Telecom,orhyperscaleenvironments.
- Strongprojectmanagementskills,includingschedule,risk,cost,andstakeholdermanagement.
- Experienceleadingmultidisciplinarytechnicalteams.
- GoodunderstandingofDataCenterinfrastructure,telecomsystems,physicalsecuritysolutions,andwhitespacedeployments.
- ExperiencemanagingNRCbudgetsandforecasting.
- Strongclient-facing,organisational,andproblem-solvingskills.
- Familiaritywithhyperscalerstandards,safetyrequirements,andcommissioning/acceptanceprocesses.
- PMP,Prince2,orequivalentcertificationpreferred.
- FluentinItalianandEnglish
