We are looking for an experienced AI & Automation Specialist with strongexpertisein at least two of the following technologies: GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate. In this role, you will partner with business and technology teams toidentifyautomation opportunities, design innovative AI-driven solutions, and accelerate the adoption of Copilot and Power Platform capabilities across the organization. Your work will help streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive digital transformation through low-code and no-code technologies.

KeyResponsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows)
• Build and manage Copilot solutions (M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio) for business use cases (chatbots, conversational agents, agentic workflows)
• Support development teams in adopting GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding best practices
• Analyze business processes toidentifyautomation and optimization opportunities
• Define governance, security, and best practices for Copilot and Power Platform usage
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define use cases
• Deliver training and enablement activities for both end users and technical teams
• Monitor performance, adoption, and cost of implemented solutions

What we need to see from you

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and at least one of GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and standard or custom connectors
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including exposure to Azure OpenAI or other AI services
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or C#, along with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices
• Understandingbusiness processes across functions such as finance, HR, sales, and operations, with experienceidentifyingautomation and optimization opportunities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver automation solutions in international, cross-functional environments
• Nice-to-have experiencewith Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform governance, security and compliance, enterprise-scaleautomationor AI adoption programs
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, AI-900, or similar)will be a plus
