Overview
As People Director in Albania, you will lead the local HR and General Services functions within Flutter’s SEA region, partnering with the General Manager to drive people priorities. You’ll translate group people strategy into the Albanian context, collaborating with Italy-based HR Competence Centers. You will own the full HR lifecycle and oversee HSE, facilities, and internal communications to support a safe, high-performing workplace. This is a strategic, hands-on role that shapes culture, ensures compliant and ethical people practices, and enables cross-country collaboration at scale.

Responsabilità
- Lead the local HR and General Services function as part of the leadership team
- Translate Flutter's group people strategy into Albania in collaboration with Corporate HR Centers in Italy
- Own the full HR cycle on the ground: workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, performance, compensation, disciplinary matters, labor relations, and external partnerships
- Oversee General Services and HSE to ensure a safe, modern work environment
- Lead and coordinate the Communication team to reflect the company's identity and direction
Requisiti fondamentali
- Several years of experience in international, structured environments and startup settings
- Proven change agent with strong leadership and role-model behavior
- Skilled in influencing and building effective relationships
- Degree in Economics or Humanities
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Proficient in using Human Capital Management software
- Strong ethical approach and professional integrity
- Proactive, flexible, innovative, and determined
