The Junior Quality Assurance supports activities related to the Quality Management System, helping to ensure that processes and products comply with the company’s quality standards and the applicable regulations.
Working in collaboration with the Quality team and various company departments, the Junior Quality Assurance provides support in managing and updating documentation relating to the Quality Management System, and in monitoring, verifying and continuously improving company processes.
Main Activities

• Support the management and updating of the Quality Management System documentation.
• Collaborate in the preparation and conduct of internal and external audits.
• Monitor non-conformities, corrective actions and improvement plans, checking their progress.
• Collect and analyse quality data and indicators, and prepare the relevant reports.
• Support the processing of customer complaints in collaboration with the relevant company departments.
• Help to promote a culture of quality and company procedures, promoting continuous process improvement.
• Provide support to customers and certification bodies on matters relating to the Quality Management System.
  

Requirements Of The Position

• Recent graduate in scientific/engineering or related disciplines;
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
• Goodknowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel;
• Residence or domicile in the area.

Job Classification, Compensation And Benefits
The position offers a 6-month internship with a view to permanent employment. The internship provides an opportunity for professional growth and skills development within an international and constantly evolving industrial environment. A monthly allowance of €600 is provided.
