Overview
As Head of Finance for Siemens Mobility Italy, you will steer financial leadership and governance to enable sustainable growth. You will partner with business leadership to drive strategy, performance, compliance, and value creation across the Italian entity and its affiliates. You will lead finance transformation, portfolio optimization, and multi-entity accounting and reporting while developing a high-performing team. This role offers cross-functional impact, exposure to complex structures, and a chance to shape financial strategy in a global mobility leader.

Responsabilità
- Lead financial planning, performance management, controlling, accounting, reporting, tax, treasury and governance for Siemens Mobility Italy and related entities
- Act as Investors’ Advocate ensuring asset protection, transparency and value creation
- Ensure integrity of books and internal controls and manage risk and internal control system effectiveness
- Drive business transformation, post-acquisition integration, and efficient legal entity landscape
- Oversee financing, tax, capital structure and cash management to maintain a strong balance sheet
- Support bids, tenders, project execution, contract/claim management and commercial controls
- Contribute to governance and strategic direction of affiliated companies and shareholder/board responsibilities
- Drive digitalization, automation and process harmonization across the organization
- Lead, develop and inspire finance teams and foster cross-functional partnerships
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven leadership in a comprehensive finance function within an international organization
- Experience with acquisitions, integrations, and multi-entity structures
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and local accounting, governance, and internal controls
- Strong knowledge of Siemens FRGs, reporting systems and financial processes
- ERP/finance systems expertise, preferably SAP and Spiridon
- International experience and strong business acumen across procurement, logistics, tax
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills and stakeholder management
- Fluency in English and Italian
