Overview
In this role you design and evolve digital fire safety solutions for Siemens’ buildings, shaping scalable web and cross‑platform mobile applications. You work with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate needs into technical outcomes, while advancing cloud-native and microservices-based backends. You’ll contribute to SAFe-aligned delivery, drive improvements, and act as a product-focused technical reference. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with a strong product orientation in a mission-critical domain.

Responsabilità
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and cross‑platform mobile apps using Angular and Ionic
- Develop and integrate backend services and APIs with .NET (and Go) in a microservices setup
- Build and evolve AWS cloud-native solutions (Lambda, SQS, S3, DynamoDB)
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning within SAFe
- Support decisions by evaluating trade-offs on scalability, performance, quality and timelines
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and continuous improvement
- Act as a key contributor and future product reference within the team
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of Web/Mobile software development experience
- Proven experience in Fire Safety domain
- Strong frontend experience with Angular and Ionic
- Solid backend skills with .NET
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS, S3, DynamoDB)
- Experience in Agile environments, preferably SAFe
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
- Product-oriented mindset and ownership
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, BMAD)
- Safety-critical or regulated industry exposure (preferred)
