Overview
As a Technical Sales Support professional in the Technical PreSales Support Team, you act as the Italian reference for Siemens Automation products, focusing on SCADA, HMI, PLC and related automation technologies. You support the sales team with product updates, assist customers during machine configurations, and present technical news to colleagues and clients. You collaborate with Product Management and Headquarters to promote Siemens products in Italy, and you design optimal automation solutions for customers. This role offers exposure to cross-functional work, growth in a dynamic market, and the chance to shape automation solutions for Italian customers.

Responsabilità
- Serve as the Italian technical reference for assigned products (HMI, SCADA, PLC)
- Provide up-to-date technical knowledge to the sales team and customers
- Collaborate with Product Manager and Headquarters to promote products in the Italian market
- Assist customers during machine configuration to propose optimal automation solutions
- Deliver presentations on technical product news to colleagues and customers
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Automation Engineering
- Interest and curiosity for automation product details (HMI, SCADA, PLC, networks)
- Target-oriented with customer focus, initiative, autonomy and teamwork
- Willingness to share knowledge and strong communication skills
- Proficient in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel domestically
- Basic IT programming knowledge (preferably JavaScript)
- General knowledge of PLC, HMI & SCADA, and Motion Control
