Overview
As a Specialist in Trento, you drive store performance by leading omnichannel initiatives and optimizing customer journeys. You manage KPI performance, coach the department team, and ensure high standards across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and events, shaping the in-store experience. Responsabilità
- Monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, AOV, etc.) and omnichannel services
- Lead and develop the department team, aligning skills with goals
- Ensure quality standards across department offerings and train on technical skills
- Resolve disputes and foster team spirit to achieve targets
- Maintain daily/monthly results communication with Store Manager and team
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety rules, and commercial policies
- Oversee in-store services performance (internal/external) and stockroom management
- Organize and manage the Booxi platform and coordinate events with Trade & Communication
- Support store management in daily activities and contribute to store’s commercial and HR strategy
- Coordinate stock replenishment and merchandising strategies
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder)
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management, daily reporting
