POSITION SUMMARY
The Industrial Projects Manager is responsible for supporting and leading industrial projects related to process optimization, deployment of new equipment, and implementation of new production lines across Sediver international manufacturing sites.
This role requires a solid understanding of industrial processes, preferably in toughened glass manufacturing, combined with project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and sustainability requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Industrial Project Management
- Lead or contribute to industrial projects (equipment installation, new lines, process improvements)
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria
- Manage project planning, scheduling, costs and performance, through strong coordination with cross-functional teams
Technical & Process Expertise
- Establish technical specifications and List of Requirements for the projects to be implemented
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support industrialization and ramp-up of new production equipment or lines
Deployment & Implementation
- Coordinate installation and commissioning of industrial equipment
- Ensure performance testing of industrial equipment before handover to operations
- Support knowledge sharing across sites
Cost & Investment Management
- Prepare CAPEX budgets
- Monitor project costs
- Contribute to ROI analysis and investment justification
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all project phases
- Integrate risk assessments and related measures into project execution
- Integrate environmental and sustainability considerations into project design and execution, in line with Sediver corporate social responsibility commitments
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Materials or Chemical Engineering
- 4–6 years of experience in companies with melting processes, such as glass, steel, cast iron or aluminium
- Experience in glass industrial environment, especially toughened glass, is a plus
- Experience in industrial project management (equipment, line setup and commissioning, process improvement)
- Excellent proficiency in English, French is a plus
- Available to travel internationally for project execution and coordination, when required (40%)

According to the experience, the salary range for the role is 45.000€ – 55.000€ + variable pay
