- You have a proactive, data-driven approach that can anticipate quality issues and systematically improve performance across our production lines.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or Production) or Chemical/Polymer Science; related technical disciplines will also be considered.
- Previous experience in a Quality or Process Engineering role at a manufacturing or production site — ideally in plastics, films, packaging, or a related continuous-process industry.
- Hands-on familiarity with slitting and extrusion processes is a plus.
- Strongly analytical and structured — able to translate complex problems into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
- Data-driven in decision making, with the ability to build fact-based alignment across stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on and proactive — comfortable spending significant time on the production floor.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator, able to work with production, R&D, and application teams toward shared quality goals.
