The job
This role combines technical expertise with a passion for training and customer support. You will join a collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement. Your contribution will help customers successfully adopt and use IGE‑XAO/ETAP CAD‑CAE software solutions. If you enjoy working closely with people, delivering high‑quality training, and being part of a dynamic technical environment, this role is an excellent fit.
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical training sessions on IGE‑XAO/ETAP electrical CAD‑CAE software to customers and partners.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance.
  • Prepare training materials, documentation, and updated learning resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement feedback.
  • Assist in pre‑sales activities when required by demonstrating software capabilities.
Essential Requirements
  • Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, industrial design, or related fields.
  • Experience with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse technical problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Willingness to work on‑site full time in Bergamo.
Desired Skills
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with IGE‑XAO or ETAP products.
  • Strong teamwork attitude, openness to feedback, and collaborative mindset.
  • Curiosity for learning new technologies and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach in supporting customers and colleagues.
