Overview
In this role, you will own finished goods inventory and production planning across multiple European markets, balancing service level with working capital. You will collaborate with factories, commercial teams, and other supply chain functions to drive robust, executable plans and support S&OP/S&OE decision-making. You’ll identify risks, run scenarios, and translate changing requirements into clear supply actions. The role offers exposure to strategic supply initiatives and continuous improvement in a global family company.

Responsabilità
- Own inventory and production planning for an assigned portfolio across multiple European markets
- Define and optimize distribution center inventory targets to meet service objectives while managing working capital
- Develop and maintain the master production schedule balancing demand, capacity, and material availability
- Support monthly S&OP and weekly S&OE processes by identifying risks/opportunities and making recommendations
- Utilize SAP ECC, Kinaxis Maestro and analytics tools to maintain planning data and support decisions across the network
- Manage supply planning for product launches, restages and lifecycle changes to align with timelines
- Conduct long-term supply assessments and contribute to strategic supply initiatives (e.g., make-or-buy)
- Maintain accurate SAP and Kinaxis master data for effective planning
- Identify planning inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across processes and tools
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Commercial teams to resolve supply issues and align on priorities
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in relevant field
- 2+ years of Supply Chain experience (production, supply or inventory planning)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable plans
- Experience with SAP ECC and Kinaxis/Maestro preferred
- Good understanding of inventory management, production planning, and trade-offs in supply chains
- Ability to identify supply risks and develop recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel for planning data analysis
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and collaboration across countries and functions
- Ownership and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
