Overview
In this role you will lead Satispay's global brand ambition, shaping identity and driving measurable business impact. You will own creative strategy, brand activation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistency across touchpoints. You’ll steer social presence, influencer partnerships, and multi-channel campaigns while grounding decisions in research and KPIs. This is a high-visibility leadership role with a strong focus on growth, product launches, and brand-driven acquisition and retention. Your leadership will define how millions connect with the brand and mission daily.

Responsabilità
- Own the production of high-quality creative assets and ensure brand consistency across outputs
- Drive brand activation across ATL and BTL channels with bold, memorable campaigns
- Oversee social media and community, build influencer strategy to extend reach
- Shape and safeguard brand identity using customer research and listening programs
- Build and mentor the brand team, establish rituals and processes for efficient output
- Partner with Growth and Product to align brand initiatives with acquisition, retention, and launches
- Define and track brand KPIs and OKRs to ensure data-informed impact on business goals
- Lead with integrity and ownership, demonstrating clear communication and accountability
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years of experience in brand management or creative direction, ideally in fast-growing tech or top-tier agencies
- Strong technical and visual culture with knowledge of design systems, rebranding, and multi-channel production
- Hands-on leader who engages with layouts and scripts to ensure excellence
- Data-informed mindset with ability to translate brand concepts into business objectives using KPIs and OKRs
- Exceptional communicator fluent in English, able to simplify complex brand visions for stakeholders and external audiences
