Overview
As a Development Engineer, you will design and lay out holistic MEMS sensor chips, aligning with design and process constraints. You’ll work in an expert, agile team to meet project goals and ensure feasible, manufacturable designs. You will verify chip designs against technology specs and generate mask data and manufacturing docs with cost and quality in mind. You’ll coordinate between development and production and advance software tools for simulation, automation, and layout verification. This role offers the thrill of shaping cutting-edge MEMS while collaborating across internal R&D and manufacturing.

Responsabilità
- Design and layout of MEMS sensor chips with focus on design and technology requirements
- Agile execution of project goals within an expert team
- Feasibility assessment and verification of chip designs and layouts per tech/manufacturing specs
- Generate mask data and manufacturing documentation with cost and quality considerations
- Coordinate interfaces between development and manufacturing
- Advance software solutions for simulation and workflow automation
- Develop and optimize software concepts for layout/mask data verification in collaboration with R&D
Requisiti fondamentali
- university degree in engineering or natural sciences or related fields
- experience in MEMS/semiconductor technologies
- expertise in sensor technology, micromechanics and semiconductor technology
- experience in software development and programming, e.g. Python
