Overview
In this role, you will join Bosch’s Turin Engineering team to support calibration and development for the transition to a new control unit. You’ll coordinate project activities, work with multiple calibration teams, and perform I/O calibration, test-bench testing, and vehicle troubleshooting. You will aid engine and vehicle development through experimental validation and test-result analysis, and you’ll engage with customers while collaborating with international stakeholders. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes next-generation ECU capabilities and deployment strategies.

Responsabilità
- Coordinate transition to the new control unit and ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables
- Perform I/O calibration, test-bench testing, and vehicle troubleshooting
- Support engine and vehicle development via experimental validation and data analysis
- Analyze fleet data to identify issues and define corrective actions
- Interact directly with customers on technical and project topics
- Collaborate with international and internal/external stakeholders to meet project objectives
- Collaborate with calibration teams (EPM, Knock, UEGO, HEGO, ASMOD) for effective coordination
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Mechanical, Energy, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
- Initial experience in engine calibration and understanding of ECU systems
- Experience with software troubleshooting, testing, and validation on test benches and/or vehicles
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Structured working style and ability to interact with diverse technical teams
- Practical, hands-on mindset, proactive, curious, and solution-oriented
- Fluent in Italian and good command of English
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
