Overview
In this role you support the powertrain calibration team in Turin, optimizing control functions in real-world environments. You’ll calibrate RB control unit software to meet project timelines and quality. You will drive AI-enabled calibration activities and provide first-line tech support across field tests and customer operations. You act as a bridge between internal teams, stakeholders, and customers, contributing to continuous process improvements. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at Bosch, offering a chance to influence powertrain performance and solution delivery.

Responsabilità
- Calibrate powertrain control functions on the RB control unit to deliver validated software within project timelines
- Support development and efficiency improvements of calibration activities, including AI model training
- Provide first-line technical support during field tests, test-bench activities, vehicle testing, and customer fleets
- Serve as technical interface between internal development teams, stakeholders, and customers
- Perform diagnostic and validation activities and assist OEM-related integration tasks
- Contribute to analysis of technical issues and definition of corrective actions for calibration and application processes
- Work in an international, cross-functional environment across software, calibration, vehicle, and customer activities
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Strong understanding of combustion engines and powertrain systems
- Intermediate programming skills; interest in AI model training and data-driven applications; knowledge of Python preferred
- Experience with calibration, control functions, diagnostics, software applications, test-bench activities, or vehicle testing is a plus
- Results-oriented, quality-conscious, structured and analytical approach
- Motivation to continuously learn and improve
- Proactive, organized, clear communicator; hands-on mindset for test benches and vehicles; stakeholder/customer interaction
- Good command of English; knowledge of Italian strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel ~30%
