Rituals Cosmetics Italia is seeking a Retail Area Manager to implement the brand’s commercial strategy across 6-10 stores in Sicily and Sardinia, reporting to the Head of Retail. You will maximise store performance while keeping your teams engaged and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Based in Sicily, you will travel to stores, coach sales teams, ensure in-store procedures are followed, and report on field insights.
